E911
Keeping you prepared in case of an emergency.
Suddenlink is proud to have E911 service in the communities that we serve. This service displays your exact location as well as phone number in the event of an emergency. In a crisis situation, every moment is crucial.
Disclaimer: Suddenlink Phone is powered by electricity. In the event of a power outage, Suddenlink Phone Service should continue to operate as usual for up to eight (8) hours with the backup battery that Suddenlink provides at no extra charge during installation. In the event of a Suddenlink network outage or if the modem that provides Suddenlink Phone Service is disconnected, removed or the backup battery is not charged, Suddenlink Phone Service, including access to 911 service, will not be available. To ensure that emergency authorities respond to the proper address, the Suddenlink telephone modem should not be moved from the address at which it was installed.
