Log into your account management page on www.suddenlink.net
If the McAfee Download Now link appears under Primary Account Settings, then go to step 8 below.
If it does not appear, look for the McAfee More Info link in the Primary Account Settings. If it does not appear you do not qualify for McAfee Security from Suddenlink. To learn how you can qualify, please call 1-866-213-5108.
If you see the McAfee More Info link, please click on it.
Click on the Add McAfee button at the bottom of the screen
At the McAfee confirmation screen, click the "Continue" button
Log back into your Suddenlink Account Management page and find the McAfee Download Now link in the Primary Account Settings. It will take approximately up to 24 hours for it to appear in your account manager.
Click on the Download Now link
Print the instruction page.
Click on the "Download Now" button
At this point, you will be redirected to McAfee's download website, please follow the directions printed in step 8 to complete the installation.
