As you know, Suddenlink has acquired certain Northland Communications Texas systems located in Flint, Gun Barrel, Kaufman, and New Caney, and we are looking forward to being your new provider. We’ve already taken steps to add you and your neighbors to the Suddenlink community and have lots of great things coming your way but, we ask for your patience as we move through this transition.
Upgrades are taking place right now and many of these upgrades will be invisible to you.
However, around the end of March, you will see this new statement from Suddenlink.
- The new bill will look different but, it will not affect your current services and prices.
- A "How to Read Your Bill" insert will be included to help you understand the new look.
- If you currently pay your bill by automatic withdrawal, you will need to discontinue the current draft process for your Northland bill. You will receive new instructions on how to set the same type of payment to Suddenlink.
- If you currently pay online via your bank, you will need to change your payee information to Suddenlink.
Beginning the week of March 24, you will start to see members of our technical team in your community. They are working to simplify the transition to Suddenlink. Thank you for your patience. We promise to do our best to make this transition as easy as possible for you, our new customers. We will continue to communicate with you by mail, email, newspaper and other media to keep you updated on our progress.
Once again, welcome to the Suddenlink family. We are happy to have you!
