Eligibility & Program Rules
Both referring and referred customers will each receive a service credit of $25 for each of the following services to which a new referred customer subscribes: Basic TV, High-speed Internet, or Phone. Referrals must be submitted before the new order is placed via the online portal. Both customers must be in good standing from the date of referral through sixty (60) days after the date of installation of the new customer, with current service balances paid in full; service credit(s) will be applied thereafter and may take up to 3-4 weeks to appear on the billing statement. Credits have no cash value and will not be refunded. Offer applicable to residential customers (both referred and referring) located in Suddenlink serviceable areas only. Limit of 5 service credits awarded for new customer referrals, per referring account holders, per calendar year. Referral invitations sent via email are non-transferable. The unique Referral PIN code is valid only for the original party to which is was sent; attempted use by anyone else will be void. Apartment managers, building managers, leasing representatives and other property management agents at Suddenlink-served properties are ineligible with respect to prospective customers from their respective properties (or similar connections). Suddenlink employees are not eligible. Customers cannot refer themselves. The terms of this program may be changed at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
