How To: Creating a New Identity for Another User in Outlook Express Identities
Summary:
This article contains steps to add and manage multiple identities in Outlook 6.0.
Note: Before adding an email account to Mail, you will need to know the following information:

Your Suddenlink e-mail address and password
·
Incoming and Outgoing mail servers for your area
If you do not know this information, please contact Customer Support 1-800-490-9604.
Solution
1. Launch Outlook Express
2. From the Outlook Express Menu Bar click File then select Identities then choose Manage
Identities.

3. From the Manage Identities dialog box, next to Identities click New.

4. From the New Identity dialog box, within the Type Your Name text box, enter the name for
the new identity then click OK.

5. From the Identity Added dialog box, click Yes.

6. The Internet Connection Wizard will appear. Type the Display Name for the new identity you
are creating then click Next.

7. Enter the E-mail Address for the new Identity and click Next.

8. Select POP3 for the Incoming server is a...., then enter the Incoming and Outgoing mail server
information. Click Next.

9. Type the Internet mail logon Account Name and Password for the new identity. Click Next.

10. The Congratulations screen will appear. To save settings click Finish.
