How To: Ping Suddenlink Mail Servers

This article explains how to perform a ping test to verify connectivity to the Suddenlink Mail Servers.
► Solution
1. Click Start
2. Select RUN
Result: The Run window will display.
3. In the Open: field type: CMD
4. Click OK
5. Type: PING pop.suddenlink.net to test connectivity to the Suddenlink Incoming Suddenlink
Mail Server or PING smtp.suddenlink.net to test connectivity to the Outgoing Suddenlink Mail
Server.
6. If connectivity is good there will be replies from the server, see example below:
