How To: Set Up an Email Account in Entourage
► Summary:
The following document includes steps-by-step instructions to set up an email account in Entourage for
Suddenlink High Speed Internet.
Note: Before adding or modifying an email account, you will need to know the following information:

Your Suddenlink e-mail address and password
·
Incoming and Outgoing mail servers for your area
o Incoming Mail Server = pop.suddenlink.net
o Outgoing Mail Server = smtp.suddenlink.net
► Solution
1. Open Entourage.
2. Click the Entourage menu, select Account Settings.
3. Click the Mail tab then select New.
4. The setup wizard will begin. Type Suddenlink High Speed Internet email address and click the
right arrow.
5. The type incoming and outgoing mail servers; click the right arrow.
6. Click verify my settings, click the right arrow once the settings have been verified.
7. Verify the two check box's are checked and type Suddenlink Email in the account name field.
Click Finish to complete the setup process.
