► Solution
1. From the Start menu, select Control Panel
2. Click Network and Internet Connections.
3. From the Network and Internet Connections window, click Network Connections.
4. From the Network Connections window, right-click Local Area Connections and choose
Properties.
5. Select the General tab, highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click the Properties button.
6. The Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties dialog box will appear. Select the General tab, click
to select Obtain an IP Address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
7. Click OK
8. From the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box, click OK.
9. From the Network Connections window, right-click Local Area Connection and choose Repair.
10. From the Repair Local Area Connection dialog box, select Close.
11. From the Network Connections window, click X.
