Open Internet Explorer.

In the Address bar, enter ftp://www.suddenlink.net.
Result: Login As window displays.
Enter User Name and Password.

Result: The Address bar displays username@members.suddenlink.net listing all files in the webspace.
Note: If Login As window does not appear, proceed to step 3 or run IE repair.
Drag and drop files in and out of window to make changes.

Close window to save changes and end FTP session.

All steps complete.
