How To: Process Return Receipts in WebMail

This article provides steps on how to process return receipts in WebMail.
This feature helps to automate the process of sending a request for a return receipt. It also provides an
option to automatically request return receipts from all recipients.
► Solution
Step

a. Go to the WebMail Inbox window.

b. Click Settings.
c. At the Message Settings window, select Return Receipts.
Result: The Return Receipts window displays.
d. At the Return Receipts window, under When a message arrives that contains a
request for a return receipt, choose an option to handle return receipt requests.
e. At the Return Receipts window, under When composing a message, choose whether
to automatically request return receipts.

Click OK
Note: If you choose not to automatically request return receipts, you can still request one each
time you compose a message. Just select the Request return receipt checkbox at the bottom
of the Compose Mail window.
