Action
a. Go to the WebMail Inbox window.

b. Click Settings.
c. At the Settings window, click Preferences.
Result: The Preferences window displays.
d. At the Preferences window, scroll to Message Size Limit
Set Mailbox Capacity Warning Level

Note: This determines at what point you receive a warning that your mailbox is reaching its
size limit.
a. At the Preferences window, in the field below Set Warning, enter a number that is
less than 100. The default is 70.
b. Click OK.
