Suddenlink Customer Support can retrieve the following information for the primary account holder or
pre-authorized user.

Primary email address
Suddenlink Customer Support cannot retrieve your password. However, you can click the Forgot
Password link on the login page and use your Secret Question/Secret Answer to change your password
online. Without the Secret Question/Secret Answer, you must contact Suddenlink Customer Support
to reset your password for you.

Q. What is the primary Email Address or Username?
A. The primary email address is the first email address you received when signing up with Suddenlink
High Speed Internet service. The primary Username is the first part of the of the primary email
address. It is the name or text that precedes the @Suddenlink.net of the email address.
For example:
If Jane123@Suddenlink.net is the email address

Then Jane123 is the Username.

Note: Changing or resetting your password may also change the password for the following logins:
· Outlook Express Email (POP3) - Login will fail on next login if Remember Password had
been checked.
· Suddenlink.net Home Page - Login may fail if new password is not used.
· Suddenlink WebMail - Login may fail if new password is not used.
· Suddenlink Personal Webspace - Frontpage logins will fail on next login if Remember
Password had been checked
