Suddenlink.com View/Pay Bill will allow you to Log in securely to view/pay your bill online, set up

Log in/Set up your password
·
Select Login to View/Pay Bill from the View/Pay Bill option in the top menu.

Login by entering your Suddenlink.com email address and password.
Note This email address and password is different from your High Speed Internet email
username and password.

If you have not created a login email address and password:
Click Set up your password on the login page.

For your security and privacy, setting up a password on Suddenlink.com does require

that you provide your social security number so that we may confirm that you are
authorized to access this account. If you do not have a social security number, please
call a Suddenlink customer service representative to set up your password over the
phone.
Checking your balance and recent activity
Statement area(s) reflect the due date, statement balance, current balance and status of your
Suddenlink bill statements.

Statement balance is the balance that appeared on your last Suddenlink bill statement.
Current balance is your statement balance minus any payments OR credits made since your last
·
bill statement. It may require up to 36 hours for payments to be reflected in your current
balance.

Total applied payments reflect the total payments applied since your last bill statement. It
does not reflect credits.
·
Recent activity shows detailed information on any payments or credits applied to your account.
Viewing your bill on Suddenlink.com

The "Statements" list provides access to your three most recent Suddenlink bills.
To view a statement: Click on the link for the statement you wish to view. This will open in a
separate window.

If the statement will not open, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Adobe
Acrobat Reader is required to view your Suddenlink bill image.
To download this software, scroll to the bottom of the "Your current billing

information" page and click on the Adobe logo [ ]. This software is free.

To print your statement: Click on the statement link, then click the printer symbol
in the
upper left corner to print for your records.

To save a statement to your PC: To save a statement for your records, click on the statement
to save for your records.

If you receive separate billing statements from Suddenlink (example: one for digital telephone,
one for cable service), each statement will appear separately.

Email Bill Reminder
What is the monthly email bill reminder?
Three days after the end of your bill cycle, you will receive an email telling you that their online bill
has been updated, including a link to log into the Suddenlink.com site and a partially masked
Suddenlink account number (e.g. xxx xxxx 1234567xx) for reference purposes.
How can you sign up for a monthly email bill reminder?

On Suddenlink.com, click on View/Pay Bill.

Log in (or set up your password if needed).

Click on the link for "Stop paper bill/Email bill reminder" to the right of your screen.
What is my bill cycle and where do I find it?
Your bill cycle refers to the date your billing period ends each month. This date appears on your bill
statement in several places. On the first page of your bill statement, it appears as "Current charges as
of." It also appears in each detail section of your bill as "Monthly service from ____to ____."
Will I still receive a paper bill statement?
Yes. Unless you also elect to stop your paper bill.
Will I receive marketing emails from Suddenlink by opting in for this email reminder service?
You will receive email reminders when your online bill is ready (or service-related emails about events
that may impact your receipt of the monthly reminders), as part of this program. Because of your
relationship with Suddenlink, however, you may receive highly relevant service-related or special
offer-related messages as well. If at any time you do not wish to receive these types of emails, you will
be given the opportunity to remove your email address from our marketing list by clicking the
"unsubscribe" link that appears at the bottom of our marketing email messages. Opting out of the
marketing emails will not interfere with your ability to receive your online bill monthly email
reminders.
How will I recognize my monthly email reminder as being from Suddenlink?

What if I decide that I do not want to continue receiving my monthly email reminders?
If you wish to discontinue receiving your monthly email reminders, you will be able to turn off this
service by logging into the View/Pay Your Bill area on www.Suddenlink.com and selecting Update
Account.
Will Suddenlink share or sell my email address to third parties?
Suddenlink will not share or sell the email addresses of its customers to any unaffiliated third parties.
If you have opted in to receive special offer email communications through one of our marketing
programs, or if you are a Suddenlink High Speed Internet customer, Suddenlink may send messages
containing special offers in partnership with a third party. However, these messages would only feature
selected, value-added benefits that are relevant to Suddenlink customers.
Stopping your paper bill
To stop receiving a paper bill from Suddenlink:

On Suddenlink.com, click on View/Pay Bill.

Log in (or set up your password if needed).

Click on the link for "Stop paper bill/Email bill reminder" to the right of your screen.

If you receive separate statements for separate services with Suddenlink, such as High-Speed
Internet or Digital Telephone, you may choose to stop any or all of your Suddenlink paper bills.
When you stop your paper bill:
You will automatically begin receiving a monthly email bill reminder from Suddenlink to ensure that
you receive up-to-date information concerning your account. This will be sent to the same email
address you use to login on Suddenlink.com.
Any required notices that are normally mailed with your printed bill statement, such as pricing or
channel changes and privacy notices will also be emailed to you.
If your service is disconnected for any reason, Suddenlink will automatically begin sending your paper
bill statement again to ensure that you continue to receive up-to-date concerning your account.

Can I sign up for stop paper bill over the phone?
We currently only offer the ability to request stop paper bill through our Suddenlink.com web site.
Signing up through Suddenlink.com assures us that you have access to your bill online and have
provided us with an email address for critical communications. This ensures that we can communicate
important "bill insert" regulatory notices and other announcements to you via email.
Why does Suddenlink automatically restart the paper bill when a customer disconnects?
Once you disconnect, you may stop visiting Suddenlink.com for updates or change your email address
without notifying us (particularly if you were a Suddenlink.net customer). Restarting the paper bill
ensures that we don't lose touch with you.

What if my email address changes?
If your email address changes, you will simply log in to Suddenlink.com using your last email address,
then select the "change profile/preferences" link and easily update your email address.
Is this still secure?
Yes. In addition to providing your email address, you also must accurately type in your password to
access your account.
Through the "Change profile/preferences" link you will also have the ability to set up a secret
question/secret answer to give you secure access to your password online in case you forget it at any
time.
What if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can have it emailed to you.
You can also take advantage of the new password reminder option Simply click on "Change
profile/preferences" to set up a secret question and answer to securely access your password online
