Current customers will need to register a Suddenlink online account to set up email and view online billing options, such as paperless billing or Auto Pay. Instructions on registering an online account, managing an account, email access, phone features, and Voicemail access are provided when you select the Quick Links.

Setting up your email with Suddenlink is easy! After you register your account online, you are ready to set up your email. You can register your existing email address and/or create a new Suddenlink email address. With 2GB of storage and 10 email accounts, you can send, receive and store large files. Also, with webmail, you can access your email from anywhere. Important changes will be made for POP and IMAP users. Important Information: Action required by 9/20/11
To continue receiving email without disruption, you will need to register your existing email address(es) and/or create a new Suddenlink email address(es) before 9/20/11. If you choose to not register an email address, you will lose access on 9/21/11.
If you use IMAP or POP functionality, on 9/21/11 you will need to log in with your email address and change your server names to reflect your email domain:

With this feature you may view your statement, pay your bill online, authorize automatic monthly payments, or sign up for paperless billing. Each month you will receive a statement. - Webspace: For current users, you will need to register your webspace with Suddenlink to be able to update your site. Once registered, you can log in to your account and manage your webspace by selecting either your current URL or changing to a Suddenlink URL. Suddenlink URLs offers webspace up to 250MB. As of 9/21/11, current NPG webspace customers can no longer modify their websites through their current FTP. The websites will still be active for everyone to view for now, but the website owners will not be able to make any changes.
In order to continue to access and modify your websites, you will need to sign up for a suddenlink.net online account and register for a new Suddenlink Webspace account with Suddenlink.
1. Sign up for a suddenlink.net online account or access existing Suddenlink.net account
2. Select "Sign Up Now" for Webspace in My Account
3. If you wish to upload information from your current site:
- Before 9/21/11, log into your current FTP, download the desired information, and follow the normal upload instructions at http://pages.suddenlink.net/webspaceinfo/
- After 9/21/11, you will no longer be able to access your files through your current FTP. You must call 877-861-9757 to receive a PIN to access the FTP. Then log into your current FTP with the provided PIN, download the desired information, and follow the normal upload instructions at http://pages.suddenlink.net/webspaceinfo/
