The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority.

Many of our locations are now open and you can find store hours and locations here.
We follow all guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), government agencies, and public health officials to ensure our customers and employees stay safe.

What are we doing:

  • Checking temperature at the door
  • Limiting number of customers allowed in at a time
  • Social distancing of 6 feet or more
  • Requiring masks or face coverings
  • Increased cleaning of high-touch areas
  • Providing hand sanitizer at each counter

Almost everything you can do in a store can also be done online.
To reduce the spread of COVID-19, our technicians continue to follow all CDC and OSHA guidelines and have strict safety protocols in place.

What are we doing:

  • Wearing face coverings and gloves when in your home or when interacting with you outside your home
  • Regularly disinfecting our trucks and equipment
  • Washing hands or sanitizing before and after every visit
  • Educating our employees on proper hygiene and social distancing
  • Completing as much work outside of the home as possible

How you can help

  • Rescheduling any service appointments if you or someone in your household is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms
  • Wearing a face covering and maintain a safe 6-foot social distance when a technician is in your home

The Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

Financial support is now available to help lower your Internet bill

Suddenlink is proudly supporting the communities we serve by participating in the FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit Program to help keep you connected affordably. Through this program, the U.S. Federal Government is now offering a subsidy to help pay for Internet service to eligible households impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. If you or someone in your household is in one of the qualifying groups based on the Federal Government rules, you may be eligible to receive a monthly discount of up to $50/mo. to help pay for your Internet service through the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program.

For qualified households, we offer our 30 Mbps Altice Advantage Internet service for just $14.99 per month, which includes free equipment, unlimited data, discounted installation and the option to cancel anytime. For those households needing more speed, we also have a range of speed options available to choose from.

In addition, as a local company, we are supporting the communities we serve as they confront the challenges of COVID-19. Altice USA is proud to support both the national and local affiliates of Feeding America and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America in many of the communities we serve.

We have also established a $10 million Community Relief Program, focused on the support of small businesses and other community partners during these challenging times.
