We wanted to let you know that due to an administrative error, your Emergency Broadband Benefit Program Internet Relief credit on your January bill was incorrect.
The good news is there’s nothing you need to do. Your account has been adjusted to reflect the full credit amount. You will see this adjustment on your February bill statement along with the February credit.
