Existing Suddenlink customers can visit Suddenlink.net to switch their speed upgrades, but for all other changes, please call 1.877.694.9474.
Optimum Mobile customers can switch their data on mymobile.optimum.com.

What comes with Optimum FlexAbility?
In terms of entertainment, the TV package pricing now includes a free set-top box on us. Plus, there are no separate programming surcharges – so the price you see for TV service is the price you pay. With some internet speeds, you get one free Xtend, our WiFi extender, for greater whole-home WiFi coverage.
