You will notice the introduction of Optimum in our advertising, retail stores, and other materials, and by the end of the year, Suddenlink will officially become Optimum.

I'm a Suddenlink customer. Is anything changing with my account or services?
Right now, you can use your services, manage your account, access your Suddenlink e-mail, and pay your bill in the same manner you have been. Over the coming months, we'll be transitioning to Optimum and will keep you posted about any changes. What is Optimum Fiber?
Optimum Fiber is a new 100% fiber Internet network capable of delivering speeds up to 10 Gig. It's designed with the latest technology to deliver the fastest and most reliable Internet speeds.

How can I get Optimum Fiber?
We will soon begin building out our Optimum Fiber network in various communities in Texas. While this build is a multi-year initiative, we expect to begin offering fiber services in initial neighborhoods starting in late 2022.
